Please note: Guests must check in at the Grande Island Vacations office, which is located at 1506 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel, FL. Check-in hours are 9 AM–5 PM, Monday–Saturday. Sunday hours vary. Guests arriving outside the office hours may pick up their keys and directions to the hotel from the lock box, which is located to the right of the office doors. Guests must call the office in advance for the lock-box combination. A nearby outdoor phone and instructions are available for contacting the 24-hour answering service during an emergency. Please see the Location section for directions to the Grande Island Vacations office.
Directions to the check-in center (Grande Island Vacations office):
From I-75, take Exit #131/Daniel’s Rd and follow directions from the Southwest Florida Regional Airport. From the airport, take Chamberlin Parkway for 3.3 miles, which becomes Daniel’s Rd after passing under I-75. Continue on Daniel’s Rd for 2.6 miles. Turn left onto Six Mile Cypress and proceed for 2.9 miles. This turns into Gladiolus after crossing Hwy 41. Proceed 1.6 miles and turn left onto Summerlin Rd. Proceed for 8 miles to the Sanibel Causeway ($3 toll). Cross over the causeway and turn right at the four-way stop onto Periwinkle Way. The office is located at 1506 Periwinkle Way, across the road from the 7-11 convenience store.

There is a seven-night minimum stay requirement for this property.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to arrival date will be charged a $10 processing fee. Cancellations made 72 hours or less prior to arrival will be charged the full amount in room and tax.
Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required upon check-in for incidental charges.
